We all know we should have "healthy digestion" but what does that actually mean?
What foods should we be eating? What foods should we avoid?
In this course, you'll learn:
* How to make sense of digestion
* How to recognize poor digestion
* What foods to eat for optimal gut health
* The top supplements for digestion
* How to tackle stress and improve energy
Remember, good digestion is key to being able to absorb proper nutrients from our food. The digestive tract is also a huge component in helping our immune system to fight off offending pathogens and invaders. This class will help you learn the key points to have healthy digestion, improved energy, and better sleep.
You will receive access to Dr. Ellie's Healthy Digestion Webinar with accompanying worksheets and handouts, sample meal plans, recommended supplement list, and more!
Hello there! I'm Dr. Ellie, an acupuncturist and doctor practicing in Seattle, WA. I've lived with food allergies for most of my life. On the journey to find ways to make my life better, I’ve learned things the hard way. What I once thought would be difficult and stressful has become second nature, and living with food allergies is now my new normal. It is fun and easy!
I've taught classes on digestive health, celiac-related symptoms, and food allergies for years. Previously I worked in chemistry and toxicology. I love teaching, and I love discovering fun new ways to make living with allergies easier.
I started creating resources for my patients because I see a lot of people with digestive health issues ranging from celiac, ulcerative colitis, bloating, IBS, heartburn—you name it. But I found I can only do so much in the treatment room. Offering a resource that you can use at home will help you manage your allergies no matter where you are. I’ve posted these resources online to give you access to the information and tools I wish I had from the beginning.
I would be delighted to hear from you. If you have any questions, please email me at firstname.lastname@example.org. If there are topics you would like to know more about or if there is anything else I can do for you, please ask.
Life is stressful enough. Living with allergies should not add to the stress. I can help.
